Refund and Returns Policy

Process

  1. Request for refund/exchange needs to be initiated via call on +91 9311575262
  2. If any further clarification is needed, Ekta Dental Supplies team will reach out to you, before approving your return request. 
  3. Operations team will initiate return collection within 3 working days of request initiation.
  4. Post receipt of returned produced, the QA/ QC team will check and approve the return. After approval from QA/QC, replacement process will be initiated. SLA for returns approval to replacement initiation is 7 working days

Terms and Conditions

  1. You should initiate request within 1 hour of receiving the product(s).
  2. Returned product would be checked and approved by our quality assurance/quality control team for below compliance:
    • It should not have any custom engraving/embroidery/ design etc done.
    • It should be complete – no missing parts or accessories
    • It should be unused
    • It should be undamaged 
  3. Exchange will be preferred over return.
  4. Courier &  shipping charges will be borne by the customer

Order cancellation policy

  1. You are eligible for order cancellation and refunds if
    • Order is cancelled within 6 hours and the order has not been shipped.
    • The delivery is delayed by more than 5 days from date of order placement.
    • The above cancellation policy does not apply for items that are specially procured for you. We may however consider your request for such cancellation at our discretion.

Refund policy

  1. Refund will be initiated on confirmation of cancellation by our team, and you will receive an email notification on the same.
  2. MODE OF REFUND : UPI payment

For outright cancellations by you:

–     If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount after deducting the actual cost incurred by us in such arrangements made just before shipment.

If the cancellation is after your product has shipped:

–    If you received the product, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 5 working days from the date of cancellation of order except in cases of disputes which may take its own course.

Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you can do so within 6 hours of placing an order or before we have processed your order by contacting our customer care at : +91-9311575262.

When and how would I receive refund of order I have cancelled?

If you had placed order by selecting Cash on delivery option, there is no amount to refund because you haven’t paid for that. And if you have placed the order by UPI, we will pay you back by UPI.

SHIPPING

How much time it would take to get me my order?

Normally, we ship your order within 24 hours of receiving the order and it takes 1 to 6 days to reach to your doorstep. (Delivery time may be exceeded depending upon your location). If you want the order urgently, please inform us in advance and we will ship your order by air. (Extra charges will apply)

How would Ekta Dental Supply intimate me when my order is shipped for delivery?

We always keep you informed with the progress of your order. Once your order is shipped from our end, you will receive an SMS mentioning the shipping details such as courier company name, tracking number etc.
